Operation Schedule

The Club is available to service members from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.

The Club will typically be closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1st), Good Friday ( Friday before Easter), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November), day after Thanksgiving (fourth Friday in November), and Christmas (December 25th).

Operation schedule is subject to change at the Club’s discretion and advance notice will be given when possible. Changes will be communicated to the membership via our website as well as in the Newsletter. Voice mail service is available when our office is not open to service you; please utilize this service when possible. After hours emergency service is available for current weekend travel only. To use this service simply call the Club and follow the phone prompts accordingly.




Condo Week Disclosures

The Club acts only to facilitate the booking of travel and rental of vacation properties and expressly disclaims and shall be held free of all responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or accident caused by the negligence of any person providing service for accommodations or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during members’ stay in accommodations. Furthermore, The Club will not be held responsible for telephone costs, taxi fares, or costs of a personal nature, etc. incurred during members’ vacations. Some resorts may require a credit card number or deposit before check-in to your unit for such charges. In addition, rentals in some jurisdictions may require the collection of government taxes, utility surcharges, etc. These fees will be the responsibility of the member. The Club will make every effort to notify you of any additional fees or requirements with your specific request prior to confirmation. When applicable, these fees and/or deposits are paid directly to the property. As a guest, you are also responsible for any and all damages incurred, including but not limited to, replacement of missing or damaged items.

The Club has relationships with numerous resorts, condominium properties, and companies that trade in condominium or vacation weeks and that find it mutually beneficial to facilitate member condominium rental requests. Variations in accommodations and resort amenities may be experienced. During holiday and special event travel times members will only be allowed to book one unit per membership in order to extend more availability to all members. 

We are a members-only club, and though we allow some membership levels to book vacations for their immediate family and friends, commercial sale or sale for profit of condominium vacations booked through the Club is strictly prohibited. Violation of this membership policy could result in suspension and/or termination of Club benefits. All Condominium vacations are provided on a space available, first come, first serve basis.


General Club Disclosure

Membership Dues are required for continued use of your program benefits. The amount and billing frequency of membership dues and reinstatement fees if applicable are outlined in your Membership Agreement. Membership Dues must be current to place a request or book any travel plans using your membership. The Club reserves the right to require the payment of Membership Dues for annual periods not yet due, but in which member has booked travel. Use of the services offered within the Club membership is intended solely for the benefit of Primary Members and secondary members as outlined herein. Commercial sale or sale for profit of any vacation booking through the Club is strictly prohibited. Violation of this membership policy may result in suspension and/or termination of Club benefits. Use of the member website is subject to the terms of use policies outlined on the website. The Club reserves the right to amend these benefits, policies, and procedures, at its discretion to maintain the viability and growth of the Club.
